DENTURES

Complete dentures are used when all the teeth are missing, while partial dentures are used when some natural teeth remain.

Complete Dentures

Complete dentures can be either "conventional" or "immediate." Made after the teeth have been removed and the gum tissue has begun to heal, a conventional denture is ready for placement in the mouth about eight to 12 weeks after the teeth have been removed.

To provide the most lifelike and comfortable restoration possible, several appointments are required. Impressions of your dental arch will be taken as well as photos of your face and existing teeth. Then we will send this information to our dental lab. They will create a denture that fits your oral structure and matches the color of your teeth and gum tissue. You may have several fittings of your denture to ensure a near-perfect fit.

Dr. Ahmed Nurein also offer implant-supported dentures. These dentures, which rest on permanently affixed implant posts, offer unparalleled stability and protection for your oral health.
